SPINNING
The spinning program is the original and most popular group cycling class. And its
not just because Spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality.
With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors
and music that begs your legs to pedal, you'll find yourself having a blast while
you ride your way to a leaner stronger body.
PILATES
The body conditioning technique of Joseph Pilates taught on the mat is a unique
system of stretching and strengthening exercises to tone muscle and improve posture,
flexibility and balance. This class will definitely challenge you at any fitness
level.
PUMP N TONE
Pump N Tone is a weight-based group-fitness program lasting no more than an hour.
The classes are performed to music using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic
step. Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal
strength levels. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based
exercises including squats, presses, dead lifts and as well as other exercises.
CORE SWISS BALL
A primary benefit of exercising with a Swiss ball as opposed to exercising directly
on a hard flat surface is that the body responds to the instability of the ball
to remain balanced, engaging CORE muscles to do so. Those muscles become stronger
over time to keep balance. Most frequently, the core body muscles - the abdominal
muscles and back muscles - are the focus of exercise ball fitness programs. Using
a Swiss ball as part of a fitness program can include a wide range of difficulty
